17 students from schools across Japan had been chosen at random.
They were locked in together.
An announcer's voice came from some unknown location.
"Good evening everyone.
You have been selected to play a survivor's game.
Tonight, cards will be distributed with your roles written on them:
Villagers and Wolves.
At noon each day, all Villagers may vote on who they think is a Wolf.
The person with the highest votes will be executed.
However at night, all Wolves will choose a Villager,
who will also be executed."

What kind of sick game are they playing?
Someone please call the authorites. Call the police!"
The voice continued: "You may not abstain.
We have placed a micro-explosive in each of your skulls.
Abstinence equals execution. Please be warned.
Finally, in the case of a boy and girl being voted for execution,
you will have sex before you die.
